They also have access to accounting data such as Invoice History, Sales Orders, Open Invoices, Payments, Return Orders, Item Sales and Purchase History, Job Cost     information and Work Orders.
Processing Orders – Streamline your sales process by allowing your salespeople to enter new customers, along with billing and shipping       information, directly into ACT!.  That information is then transferred into MAS 90 or MAS 200 without the need for duplicate data entry.  A quote or sales opportunity within ACT! can then be passed into MAS 90 or MAS 200 to automatically create a new sales order.

LoJack for Your Laptop
Using a laptop outside your office in order to stay productive, whether at home or on the road, has become a very common    business practice.  However the increase in popularity and public presence of laptops has made them the target of theft.  If your   laptop is stolen, your company can be exposed to a significant     security threat and potential loss of sensitive data.  Interestingly, there are now programs that can track and report the location of your laptop should a theft occur.  They are activated when the    laptop connects to the internet and can report its exact physical   location.  What’s more, some solutions offer invisible security     software that will retrieve files and delete sensitive information    after a theft has occurred.
