• September/October 2011 Newsletter
  
  Learn about the new Sales Order enhancements for Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200.  There are new pricing options by Price Leve By Customer and Product Line.  National account functionality has been added to Sales Order and Accounts Receivable.  The integration between Job Cost and Sales Orders has improved.  Call us to find out more about the exciting improvements to MAS 90!      Contact Us

• A Look at Payroll in MAS 90 MAS 200 Version 4.5

MAS90 version 4.5 is officially in Beta.  Our newsletter reviews some of the improvements in the payroll module, connected services and the exciting addition of SageCRM with every MAS90/200.

• Take a Peek at the New Version of MAS 90 and MAS 200 coming this summer

There is some exciting stuff coming in MAS 90 and MAS 200 version 4.5.  Not only will MAS 200 be available in SQL but there are some new enhancements that will be very useful to many of our clients.  In Accounts Receivable there is the ability to setup National Accounts.  The Sales Order module will now allow you to auto-create a purchase order from within sales order data entry.  Payroll is getting a host of new features as well as enhanced capabilities with Visual Integrator for importing from common time and management sofwares.
Sage CRM version 7.1 will have a new Interactive Dashboard and integration with Twitter and LinkedIn.  The new Sage E-Marketing feature will offer a simple 3-step wizard to help execute email marketing campaings with over 90 prefessionally designed templates.  Lots to look at!  Call us with your questions at 630-462-7190.

• Take a Dive Into Product Update 5
  Product 5 is now available for MAS 90/200 version 4.4 with exciting new features;
  *  Now you can choose a unique background color for different companies in MAS 90 with COMPANY-SPECIFIC BACKGROUND COLORS!
  *  Cross company accounts payable aging reports with MULTI-COMPANY AGED INVOICE REPORT.
  *  Create pre-defined GL distributions with EXPENSE DISTRIBUTION TABLES.  What a great way to allocate expenses like rent, insurance and other expenses when you enter the AP invoice.  Very nice productivity!
  *  Inventory items have a new status - "Inactive" with INACTIVE INVENTORY ITEMS.  Our clients have been asking for this for a long time.
  *  Four new permissions settings have been added to prevent order entry personnel from accessing standard cost info with NEW SECURITY OPTIONS IN ITEM INQUIRY.
  *  Form 941 has been updated with the new requirements for 1st quarter files.
  *  Check out the addition of 'Physical Inventory Count Cards'.

Sage Software has changed the maintenance and support policies for MAS 90, MAS 200 and Extended Enterprise Suite.  Page 2 of our newsletter details some of these changes.  Everyone will be impacted in some way by this change.

• Sage MAS Intelligence
  If you have been using Sage ERP MAS 90 or 200 for a while, it's hard to overstate the important role that FRx has played in your business.  But sometimes change (even when it is forced upon us by Microsoft) can lead to good things.  Our newletter describes some of the differences between the new Sage MAS Intelligence and FRx.  Clients that were current on their Sage maintenance plan received this new product at no charge during 4th quarter 2010.
