How To Remove Old Forms from MAS 90
It is so easy to create new forms in MAS 90 that sometimes we get carried away. Our list of forms can grow and grow as our needs change or as we experiment with different presentations. While creating new forms is easy, it is not so apparent how to remove forms no longer needed.
Step by Step Instructions:
Below is an example of several invoice forms in Accounts Receivable. The TEST form is no longer needed. There is no delete button or any other reference to remove the form.
To remove the form code TEST go to Library Master > Setup > Report Manager. Open the folder for module with the form you want to remove. Expand the Forms folder and click on the form type you are removing. (Our example is Accounts Receivable, Invoice Printing)
Your list of forms will be displayed. Simply click on the form to be removed and click on the red X. A message will display confirming the deletion of the form. Click YES and the form will be deleted.
A handy tip: Before deleting the form, make sure it is not the last form used.
