Background
Yingliu is an import and warehouse management company working with customers in the gas and refinery industry. They were relying on Excel spreadsheets to manage inventory and QuickBooks for accounting. Challenge
Yingliu provides critical inventory support and logistics for some very large customers. "Our customers rely on us to provide inventory updates and safety stock to support the projects they're working on," says McKee. The Approach

The Results
Today, Yingliu has better control and visibility of their entire business operation. They've improved cash flow with more timely and accurate accounts receivable and accounts payable processing. McKee says, "There are fewer mistake and customer inquiries which means we get paid more quickly." Inventory reports are more detailed, accessible, and accurate. "That same inventory report that took me 2 to 3 days merging data in spreadsheets now takes 10 minutes with just a few clicks," proclaims McKee. In addition, Partners In Technology configured user profiles within Sage MAS 90 with security rights that closely match specific job descriptions which provides proper controls, helps minimize mistakes, and protects sensitive system data. McKee adds, "That level of security simply wasn't available in QuickBooks."
