MAS90 Tool Tip:

Condensed Trend Report

One of the options in MAS90's Financial Reports is a Trend Report. This lists the income statement or budget numbers by period side-by-side. There are several options for printing but this tip is on printing the report condensed (Version 4.30).

Select Financial Reports in the General Ledger reports menu. Click on the New Financial Report… Button located n the lower left corner of the splash screen. A wizard is started. Click on Next to begin.

Give your report a unique name. For our example we will use "Income Trend”. Our Report Type will be "Trend Report”. Next fill in the report title and assign the report group as Standard. Your screen should look like this:

Click on Next to continue.

There are a number of choices on the next screen. We are going to focus on the "Use Condensed Format” selection in the lower left corner.

Make sure this is checked. Then run through the remaining screens, accepting all the defaults. Then run your report. You will see that the report is much more useful in this new format.
