Cash Receipts by Invoice Number in MAS90

I just installed update 1 for MAS90 version 4.4 and tested the application by invoice number. This new feature is from Extended Solution AR-1200 and is pretty cool. When applying cash receipts, instead of entering the customer number the user enters the invoice number. MAS90 finds that invoice from the invoice history file and auto-fills the customer number. After a check number is entered the amount received is auto- filled. When you proceed to Tab 2 to enter the invoice number, the invoice has already been selected! All you do is click Accept and you are ready for the next invoice! Very simple, easy and fast!

How to delete a duplicate inventory item in MAS90 version 4.4

It is so easy to setup a duplicate inventory item when your inventory list is large and some items are not numbered correctly. A client needed to know how to remove the duplicate items so I wrote it up for him and now I am sharing it with you. Hope this helps you with MAS90.
