Managed Services

Managed Services is a technology that places an agent on a computer or device to monitor and report on the activities of that device. It is becoming widely used in the IT service industry as a tool to alert the IT professional of situations that may result in problems or disruption of services, allowing the consultant to proactively address issues, often before the client is aware that there was a problem.

Some of the services the technology provides are monitoring, alerts, security, patch management, warranty alerts and data backup. It is a subscription based services with only a small agent installed on the computer or device. For our clients, the fees are very affordable and can be wrapped into a total service agreement for the maintenance of their computer network.
